• Checkout Information We ask for your name, address and contact information so we can send you your order, and so we can contact you if we have a question about your order. We ask for credit card information so we can fulfill your order, and so we can provide this information to the company or companies who process your credit card payment.  We do not share or sell any customer information; this includes e-mail addresses.

• On-Site Processing We are pleased to offer on-site processing for all of our customers transactions.  What does this mean?  Simply, all purchases made through NibbleNest.com, are processed using our completely secure and private network.  Many retail pet stores utilize third party shopping carts, and processing services; NibbleNest.com has invested in our own shopping system and processing network to insure security and reliability.

• Order Fulfillment NibbleNest.com processes all on-line credit card orders only at shipment.  We do not store credit information about customers beyond the period that is necessary for order fulfillment.  While shipping and contact information will be stored for your convenience, credit card information will not.
